What you should do now:

Give the family:
- The Song ID shown above (tell them to keep this code safe).
- The form link above so they can provide details.

Tell the family they have two options:
- Fill out the online form using the link, or
- Call (305) 760-4395 and give their Song ID by phone.
- Once we receive their details (via form or phone call using the Song ID), we will create the song and send it to your funeral home within approximately 72 hours.
Email the Song ID & Link
Copy the Song ID and the form link, then email both to the family. Clearly label which is the Song ID (their code) and which is the form link they should click to submit details.
Give Printed Instructions
If the family visits in person, you can print the Song ID and the form link on a simple handout, or text/email it to them while they are with you, so they leave knowing exactly what to use and what to do.
