Refund Policy

At Ottawa Optimization, we create each custom song with deep care and personal attention. But if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right — no questions asked.

 If You’re Not Happy, You Have Options:

1. Free Redraft
If the song doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll revise it once at no extra cost.
Redraft requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

2. Full Refund
If you’re still not satisfied after the redraft—or prefer not to request one—we’ll issue a full refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the original song.

Even though you’ll already have the song, we believe the trust we build with our customers is worth more than any one order.
